The properties, prices, photographs, contact details and personnel shown on this website are samples and placeholders. They are not live listings, and nothing on this site is an offer. Current availability, addresses, and prices are provided on request. We label our samples as samples because a fabricated listing would devalue every other statement we make.

We are not a financial institution

Keyhold is a letting brokerage. It is not a bank, not an escrow agent, and not a licensed financial institution, and it does not hold client money at any time. Deposits and rent are held by an independent, licensed third-party escrow agent under a separate escrow agreement, whose name, licence number and jurisdiction are set out in that agreement. Ask for it before you transfer anything.

No guaranteed outcome

An enquiry is not a booking and a booking is not a guaranteed tenancy. Landlords may decline an applicant for their own reasons. We do not guarantee that a property will be available, that a landlord will accept you, or that a tenancy will complete, and we make no representation that our service is cheaper than a conventional letting agent — our fee of 22% makes these homes more expensive, and that trade-off is stated on the homepage.

Currency and cryptocurrency

We quote and settle in US dollars. Where payment is made in cryptocurrency, the exchange rate is fixed at the moment funds are received, a 1.5% conversion spread applies, and the rate may move for or against you between quotation and receipt. That movement is to your account. Cryptocurrency values are volatile, and we give no advice on holding, converting, or disposing of any digital asset.
